Rako lighting offers a complete lighting control system with RAK8 dimmers for both Rako pre-Wired and Wireless installations. 
 
  The Rako Wireless devices communicate via a bridge interface with the Rako pre-Wired system.
 
Wireless Installations
RAK8 Modules communicate over a digital radio frequency via the RX-LINK module.  Maximum range of 100m before a repeater is required.
 2 RAK-8 Modules can be connected to each RX-LINK interface - 16 Max Channels
 15 RX-LINK modules can be installed in a single installation
 
Wired Installations
RAK 8 Modules communicate on a single CAT5 data cable network via the RAK-LINK module.  Maximum cable run of 3Km before a repeater is required.
 4 RAK-8 Modules can be connected to each RAK-LINK module - 32 Max Channels
Up to 4000 devices can be addressed on a single installation
 
  It is possible to mix RAK4 and RAK8 in a single network. Each RX-LINK interface - 16 Max Channels.  Each RAK-LINK module - 32 Max Channels.
